I Need Help on Amy Dress

I am planning to make this for germanname birthday, but I need help. It supposed to be Amy Rose in her red and white dress from one of Sonic X episodes (this is waaaay before Sonic Boom) and she’s behind. I included her tail but in her dress, do you want me to keep the tail or have the dress cover it? I could just say I made a hole on her dress, but tell me what you think. Thank you.
